ERS is proud to announce the ninth edition of the award-winning ERS Satellites, taking place online on 3 March, 2026. The event will offer a full-day programme covering four hot topics in respiratory
medicine: COPD, asthma, ILD, and sleep and breathing. Attendance is free but registration in advance is required.

About the programme

ERS Satellites 2026 will be chaired by ERS Science Council Chair Prof. Omar Usmani and ERS Education Council Chair Prof. Hilary Pinnock. Its programme will focus on four key topics:

  • COPD
  • Asthma
  • Interstitial lung diseases
  • Sleep and breathing

Each session at ERS Satellites 2026 will cover:

  • Disease mechanisms & understanding
  • State-of-the-art (recent literature) & treatment approaches
  • Application of current knowledge & clinical perspective with cases
  • Horizon scanning and next steps

CME accreditation

This event has been accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP) with 7 CME credits. Credits can be accrued from accessing the event live, and by watching the replays.
