The ERS Lung Science Conference (LSC) is a showcase for cutting-edge research and its translation into clinical solutions. Its originality and success are based on facilitating a vivid dialogue between young scientists and established investigators.
The programme consists of presentations delivered by experts, young investigators, oral presentations and poster sessions based on abstract submissions. After each presentation, time is allocated for questions and discussion. Specifically, LSC 2026 aims to highlight the latest developments in the application of multiomics technologies to the study of lung diseases.

Mentorship lunch:
Each abstract author receiving a bursary is selected for the mentorship programme, to take place in Estoril, Portugal.
Together with an appointed mentor, they will have the opportunity to discuss both scientific and career questions during a dedicated mentorship lunch during the second day of the conference.
