Session aims
to discuss: 1) the primary care setting, exploring symptom evaluation in ILDs; 2) the novel assessment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) management in light of different phase 3 clinical trials of this disease; 3) hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP) and recent guidelines from different societies, such as novel therapeutic advances after the introduction of antifibrotic therapy in progressive HP; 4) the lungs with the common disease (also in the primary care setting) rheumatoid arthritis, focusing on the ILD component, and, more specifically, address whether its pathogenesis starts from the lungs.
