1. Review the current evidence whether OSA may lead to the neuroinflammation in the central nervous system and demonstrate the impact on the cognition and the baseline sleep rhythms - both of which may prove an interesting biomarkers of future treatment success. 2. Offer an overview of the complexity of cognition and how different neurocognitive tests should be used in sleep disorder/OSA. 3. Review the available evidence on gait alterations in OSA and discuss its interest as a biomarker of brain health in OSA.
