This is a 'how I do it' webinar series, where experts in the field of interventional pulmonology will provide a practical step by step guide to the performance of innovative techniques in interventional pulmonology.


Educational aims:
This webinar series will focus very much on the practical aspects of various new technologies and techniques. It will be include illustrative cases, and also tips and tricks.

Learning outcomes:

Following this webinar, participants will be able to:
Understand the principles and practice of both conventional and novel techniques in the field of interventional pulmonology.
Acquire a clear understanding of the indications, contraindications and intricacies of the performance of all the conventional and cutting-edge procedures covered in the series.

Session 1: Navigating to peripheral lesions with conventional techniques- R-EBUS, ultrathin scope, fluoro (17 December, 2024)
Session 2: EBUS- TBNA, EUSB-FNA and ROSE (14 January, 2025)
Session 3: Cryo bx for ILD and EBUS-TBMC (cryo bx in mediastinum) (11 February, 2025)
Session 4: Navigation bronchoscopy with modern technologies- EMN, cone beam, lung vision, RAB (11 March, 2025)
Session 5: endobronchial LVR-valves and vapour (8 April, 2025)
Session 6: Bronchoscopic ablation of peripheral lesions - the future? (13 May, 2025)

CME credits
An application will be submitted to the European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP) for CME accreditation of this event. The number of credits that you will receive will correspond to the time you spend viewing the sessions live.
