ERS is proud to announce the eighth edition of the award-winning ERS Satellites, taking place online on 4 March, 2025. The event will offer a full-day programme covering four hot topics in respiratory
medicine. Registration is free.


ERS Satellites has been using the latest in live-streaming technology since 2018 - delivering education to a global audience and supporting knowledge sharing and interaction on a virtual platform.


The programme for this year's event is designed to support audience participation; allowing virtual delegates to ask questions and discuss presentations with speakers and chairs. All presentations will be chaired by specialist panels live from the studio.

About the programme

ERS Satellites 2025 will be chaired by ERS Science Council Chair Prof. Nicolas Roche and Education Council Chair Prof. Hilary Pinnock. Its programme will focus on four key topics:

  • Asthma
  • COPD
  • Interstitial lung diseases
  • Paediatrics

Each session covers:

  • Disease mechanisms & understanding
  • State-of-the-art (recent literature) & treatment approaches
  • Application of current knowledge & clinical perspective with cases
  • Horizon scanning and next steps

CME accreditation

This event has received official CME accreditation from the European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP). The ERS Satellites programme is accredited and offers participants seven CME credits for the live event only. Please note that credits cannot be accrued for watching session replays.
