Session aims
to define the different physiological and clinical characteristics of pulmonary hypertension (PH) associated with different forms of heart or lung diseases; to explain the up-to-date treatment approach for PH associated with heart or lung disease; to explain the different physiological responses of the right ventricle in different types of PH and its impact on the correct treatment and its efficacy; to describe the up-to-date treatment of PH associated with heart failure, with an emphasis on HFpEF-PH.
