1. Discuss how biomarkers obtained in animal and cellular models can address novel approaches to predict OSA prognosis and response to treatment. 2. Offer an overview on clinical and instrumental predictors of good or poor adherence and symptomatic response to CPAP treatment 3. Offer an overview on pros, cons and feasibility in the clinical routine of predictive biomarkers of adequate cardiovascular response to CPAP.
