Session aims
The aim of this session is three-fold. Firstly, to dig into the usability and user experience of self-applied polysomnography, through a data-driven approach. Secondly, the variability between nights is examined in a night-to-night analysis to shed light on how many nights are needed, and thirdly, machine learning algorithms and their use for estimating sleep stages based on data from wearable devices is explained.
