To list the main points of progress that were made at the 7th World Symposium on Pulmonary Hypertension (WSPH7; Barcelona, 29 June to 1 July, 2024) compared with the 2022 European Respiratory Society/European Society of Cardiology guidelines; to identify knowledge gaps and areas of controversy that remained unresolved at the WSPH7.
