Session aims
In this session the participant will learn about physiological and molecular responses to intermittent hypoxia and about differences to those in response to chronic sustained hypoxia, will obtain an overview of the latest findings on models of intermittent hypoxia and perceive guidance of using clinical markers of intermittent hypoxia to determine adverse outcomes in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea.
