Session aims
The aim of the session is to give an overview of the diagnostic possibilities of drug-induced sleep endoscopy to assess the type and locus of upper airway collapse, which helps in the selection of surgical treatment options, to review the current evidence from RCTs and non-RCTs of different types of electrical stimulation and to provide the latest data on pharmacologic therapy of muscle responsiveness and myofunctional therapy in OSA.
