Session aims
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) gains importance as a non-pharmacological treatment of various disorders. In chronic insomnia disorder its therapeutic role is well established and supported by ample medical evidence. Also in other conditions, e.g., treatment of OSA, CBT may play a role. In this session, the state-of-the-art of CBT is being reviewed. Furthermore, a patient's testimony will be presented.
