to present significant changes in use of endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) to clinical practice; to discuss new expectations from EBUS procedures that should enable not only more precise N1 staging but also tissue sampling for biomarker analysis; to discuss responses to new lung cancer treatment and possible complications in imaging studies; to point out differences in diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in low- and middle-income countries.
