Clinicians across Africa and Europe need to be aware of HIV infection and exposure on the spectrum of disease children can present with. With an increasing immigrant population in Europe, and a high number of children born exposed to HIV in sub-Saharan Africa, it is critical that clinicians share the latest research and management strategies for children with HIV infection and exposure.
The webinar addresses the spectrum of respiratory infections and diseases in children who have HIV infection and HIV exposure and the impact on access to anti-retroviral treatments on the spectrum of disease in children exposed to HIV. The webinar also highlights recent data on vaccine responses to important respiratory infections in this cohort of children.
