Childhood interstitial lung disease (chILD) is a heterogeneous group of rare respiratory disorders with high morbidity and mortality. As ILD before two years of age is very rare, each centre faces a limited number of patients per year. It is important to discuss the optimal management.
Optimise the diagnosis work-up and the management of ILD before two years of age, especially of neonatal ILD.
