There are no specific guidelines on severe community-acquired pneumonia (CAP), the most lethal form of CAP. These guidelines will be published next March in the European Respiratory Journal (ERJ) and Intensive Care Medicine.

  • To learn how to manage severe CAP to improve outcomes of patients
