Coffee breaks and a light daily lunch will be provided at the venue.
There will also be a Welcome Drink on Thursday April 10th at the end of the day, combined with the Poster Session.

Travel details from Airport to venue
From Brussels Airport
Upon arrival to Brussels Airport you have two different options to reach Antwerp.
- By Train:
This is the easiest and fastest way to reach Antwerp. There are frequent trains leaving from Brussels Airport to Antwerp Centraal and takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Antwerp Centraal depending on the schedule that you chose. The cost of the ticket is €14.40 per person. For more information, please visit the official Belgium train website where you can also purchase tickets in advance.
- By Bus, Antwerp Express:
Antwerp Express leaves Brussels airport (Arrival Hall, Level 0, platform E) every 2 hours and takes 45 minutes to reach Antwerp Centraal depending on traffic.
The cost of the ticket is €10 per person and can be purchased on their website in advance.
Once you have reach Antwerp Centraal, the Room with a Zoo venue is located as you exit the station on your right.
